Our prices already include all services, costs and taxes, the statutory sales tax (7 or 19% VAT) and the final cleaning, shown in €/ct. We do not allow individual overnight stays in the guest rooms of our guesthouse. A minimum stay of 2 days applies to use all offers. Our "holiday apartment" on the 1st floor includes a double and single room without cooking facilities, there is no stove, but a daylight bathroom and a second toilet.
Since the first minute of our company's existence, we have tried to market our offers through direct customer contact. If you nevertheless purchase services from third parties, via travel agencies and online travel agencies to whom we provide a quota, additional costs will arise in the amount of the respective commissions, which we pay to the agents in full, plus the statutory VAT due have to be discharged. We therefore fully recommend that you use our efficient online booking system “resavio” in order to always receive the best, up-to-date conditions through direct booking!
